The story of Dhika Rezky began in 2019—an unassuming start that would soon blossom into a meaningful journey with RRQ, the largest esports organization in Southeast Asia. Back then, Dhika was just a passionate content creator on YouTube. But one message from an RRQ talent manager changed everything, pulling him from behind the screen to the frontlines of esports.
At first, Dhika doubted himself. He never saw himself as a skilled Mobile Legends: Bang Bang player. Yet, against all odds, he became one of RRQ’s earliest signed talents—affectionately called “002,” second only to RRQ Kenbo. For Dhika, it wasn’t about being the best player. It was about believing in his voice, his presence, and the community he could help build.
The Heartbeat of RRQ Keliling Kota (RKK)
One of the most defining chapters in Dhika’s time with RRQ came through RRQ Keliling Kota (RKK), the fan-centric roadshow that brings the team closer to their loyal supporters—Kingdom. He joined the tour in Season 2, stepping into the spotlight with nervous energy. But what he found in the cities they visited reshaped his perspective entirely.
He vividly remembers the moment that changed him: over 800 fans packed into a large coffee shop in Banjarmasin just to meet two RRQ talents. “That was the moment I realized Kingdom wasn’t just a fanbase—it was something extraordinary,” Dhika reflected.
The connection only grew stronger in the following seasons. RKK Season 3, in particular, was a turning point. RRQ Hoshi was facing its lowest point in the MPL. But instead of retreating, Kingdom showed unwavering loyalty. In those difficult times, they became a source of strength—not only for the players, but for every talent and staff who stood behind the crest.
Over time, Dhika watched RKK evolve. RRQ became more professional with each season—better concepts, tighter execution, and stronger storytelling. On the other side, the Kingdom community matured, too. While Dhika acknowledges the occasional criticism about fan overzealousness, he believes it’s simply a byproduct of growth and visibility. “Kingdom is not just there for the wins. They show up in the hard times and remind us why we do this,” he said.

RKK Season 4, held during MPL ID Season 14, felt like a well-earned celebration. The team’s redemption arc after a tough season, combined with the ever-present energy of Kingdom, turned every victory into something deeply emotional.
Looking Ahead
Balancing his role as a content talent with his postgraduate studies in Communication, Dhika is already charting his next chapter. He envisions a broader career in the creative and entertainment industries—especially in hosting. Whether it’s esports or other types of events, Dhika is determined to refine his voice and presence. “Talking is what I do best,” he said with a smile. “So I want to contribute as much as I can through that.”
Through his social media platforms, Dhika continues to shape his brand: a professional, inspiring host who brings authenticity to every stage he steps on.
For Dhika, being part of RRQ has never been just a job. It’s a journey filled with lessons, friendships, and moments he’ll carry forever. Kingdom, to him, is not just a community—it’s a family that gives purpose and meaning to every step he takes in the world of esports.
