RRQ is a beacon of esports and gaming in Southeast Asia, with its headquarters nestled in the vibrant heart of Jakarta, Indonesia. As a proud subsidiary of Qeon Interactive, itself under the umbrella of MidPlaza Holding, RRQ embodies the spirit of innovation and excellence.
Today, RRQ is a dynamic force with 150 dedicated employees spread across three countries: Indonesia, the Philippines, and South Korea.
Since its inception, RRQ has been a nurturing ground for over 250 professional players who have competed under its banner in 20 different esports titles. By 2024, RRQ has solidified its position as the largest esports organization in Southeast Asia, forging the most partnerships and franchises with game publishers and their official tournaments.

- Honor of Kings (partnership)
In 2024, RRQ achieved another milestone by becoming the first esports organization to release a special edition gaming peripheral. This collaboration with Pulsar brought to life the Pulsar X2H gaming mouse and the Pulsar ES2 Mousepad, setting new standards for gaming gear.
RRQ’s journey is a testament to its commitment to excellence, community, and innovation in the ever-evolving world of esports.
2. RRQ’s Philosophy
RRQ’s aspirations unfold in three powerful stages, each one a testament to their dedication and vision.
At the foundational level, RRQ dreams of becoming champions in every esports title they compete in. This is where the journey begins, with a burning desire to win and excel.
Moving to the second stage, RRQ aims higher, striving to be the best among the best in all aspects – from business and content creation to events and community engagement. This ambition is perfectly embodied in their name, “Rex Regum Qeon,” meaning “The King of Kings.” RRQ doesn’t just want to stand out; they want to reign supreme, even among their elite peers.
But the pinnacle of RRQ’s aspirations is truly inspiring. At the highest level, they aim to empower and uplift the youth. RRQ is committed to providing platforms for the younger generation to chase their dreams, whether in esports, entertainment, community involvement, or education. This mission is reflected in their diverse divisions: RRQ Mabar focuses on nurturing talent in schools, RRQ Networks operates as a talent agency, RRQ TopUp serves as a gaming and technology platform that started as a payment gateway, and RRQ Store centers on retail and merchandising.
Each step of RRQ’s journey is driven by a heartfelt commitment to not only achieve greatness but to inspire and empower others to do the same.

Founded in October 2013, Rex Regum Qeon (RRQ) quickly carved its niche in the international gaming community by assembling top Indonesian DotA players. Initially, RRQ was a passion project without professional management or structure. During this early phase, Riki Kawano, one of RRQ’s founders, personally funded all expenses, including player salaries, the gaming house, and other operational costs.
In 2017, recognizing the growing potential of esports, Riki appointed Andrian Pauline as CEO to transform RRQ into a professional esports organization. That same year, RRQ expanded by adding three new divisions: Point Blank, PUBG Battleground, and Mobile Legends.
RRQ Endeavour, the Point Blank division, achieved the organization’s first national championship at PBNC 2017 and the first world championship at PBIC 2017 in the same year.
Simultaneously, RRQ O2 was established for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB). In 2019, RRQ O2 partnered with the football team Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), rebranding as PSG.RRQ. This collaboration marked RRQ as the first esports team in Southeast Asia to partner with a football club.
