Breaking Boundaries Beyond Esports
At RRQ, we believe that our impact extends far beyond the gaming world. As one of Southeast Asia’s leading esports organizations, we have always been dedicated to empowering young talents. However, we also recognize that not everyone aspires to become a professional player or content creator. That’s why we took a bold step forward by collaborating with Aksela, a leading vocational training institution, to launch the Ohayoo Online Class – a completely free Japanese language course aimed at broadening opportunities for Indonesian youth.
Why Language Education Matters
Japan remains one of the most influential economies in the world, and proficiency in the Japanese language opens doors to countless career opportunities. However, access to quality language education can be costly and exclusive. Through this initiative, RRQ and Aksela have removed financial barriers, ensuring that passionate learners, regardless of background, can gain valuable skills that will benefit their futures.
“RRQ deeply cares about the future of Indonesia’s youth,” said Pak AP, CEO & Co-Founder of RRQ. “While we have provided platforms for aspiring esports athletes like Lemon, Albert, and Skylar, we also acknowledge that many young people have different ambitions. That’s why we partnered with Aksela—to create an entirely new avenue for self-improvement and career growth.”
Ohayoo Online Class: Free, High-Quality, and Impactful
Unlike traditional language courses, Ohayoo Online Class is designed not only to teach Japanese but also to provide cultural insights, etiquette, and workplace expectations. This comprehensive approach ensures that learners are well-equipped for real-world applications, including professional careers in Japan.
Program Highlights:
- Completely Free – No hidden costs, ensuring equal access for all participants.
- Expert Instructors – Led by experienced educators with in-depth knowledge of Japanese language and culture.
- Career-Oriented Learning – Beyond language, students are trained in Japanese workplace norms and social customs.
- Certified Achievement – Participants receive a certification upon successful completion.
The Success of Batch 1
The first batch of Ohayoo Online Class was a massive success, receiving an overwhelming response from young learners across Indonesia. Out of hundreds of applicants, 50 students successfully completed the course and earned their certificates. Many participants shared inspiring testimonials about how the program enhanced their language skills and confidence.

Batch 2: Expanding Our Impact
Building on the success of the first batch, RRQ and Aksela are reaffirming their commitment to empowering more young minds through the expansion of the Ohayoo Online Class. This initiative is not just about language learning—it’s about equipping Indonesia’s youth with valuable skills that can transform their careers and futures. By continuing to offer this program free of charge, we are ensuring that financial limitations do not stand in the way of personal and professional growth.
For Batch 2, we are scaling up our efforts to accommodate 150 students, divided into three classes, over 15 sessions spanning 1.5 months. This structured approach allows us to maintain high-quality instruction while reaching a broader audience. Through this initiative, we are proving that esports organizations can go beyond entertainment and become catalysts for education and career development.
The overwhelming response from Batch 1 has reinforced our belief that education and career development should be accessible to all. By scaling this initiative, RRQ is setting an example for how esports organizations can drive meaningful change in society. We are proud to be at the forefront of this movement, demonstrating that esports can be a powerful force for good.
Our dedication to creating opportunities does not stop here. As we move forward, we aim to expand our educational programs, collaborate with more institutions, and explore new ways to bridge the gap between passion and professional success for our community.
RRQ: A Brand That Stands for Growth and Innovation
This initiative is just one of the many ways RRQ is making a meaningful impact beyond esports. As an organization, we are committed to fostering talent, breaking down barriers, and creating new opportunities—whether in gaming, content creation, or education.
Through our partnership with Aksela, we are proud to demonstrate that RRQ is not just a team, but a movement dedicated to empowering the next generation. We look forward to expanding this initiative further and continuing to make a difference in the lives of young people.
