As the world turns its eyes toward Riyadh this July, RRQ Kazu steps onto the grandest stage in Free Fire esports—the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2025. More than just a tournament, this is a convergence of elite talent, national pride, and a dream shared by millions. For RRQ Kazu, it’s not just about representing Southeast Asia—it’s about proving they belong among the very best in the world.
Having earned their spot through a dominant run in the FFWS SEA 2025 Spring, RRQ Kazu arrives in Saudi Arabia with momentum and purpose. But the road ahead is anything but easy. This year’s EWC Free Fire lineup is stacked with champions and heavyweights from across the globe. From seasoned titans to breakout threats, the competition is as fierce as it gets.
A Truly Global Battlefield
Eighteen teams have qualified for EWC 2025, each carrying the hopes of their region. Team Falcons returns as the defending champion, representing Saudi Arabia with the weight of expectation on home soil. Brazil, a consistent powerhouse in Free Fire, brings a formidable lineup: LOS, Alfa 34, paiN Gaming, and Fluxo—teams known for their mechanical precision and unrelenting aggression.
Latin America adds more firepower through Rainbow7 and Visionsystem SPA, while South Asia brings in Hotshot Esports (Pakistan) and Red Hawks (Bangladesh). ALPHA, the winner of FFMSC 2025, completes the global cast. Southeast Asia, meanwhile, fields a fearsome contingent: ONIC Olympus, Buriram United Esports, EVOS Divine, Team Vitality, All Gamers Global, Core Memory Esports, and of course, RRQ Kazu.
The Knockout Stage: Group of Death
From July 16 to 18, the Knockout Stage will see all 18 teams battle across 12 matches. RRQ Kazu finds themselves in Group C, arguably the most competitive bracket in the tournament. They’ll face:
- Dragons Esports
- Rainbow7 (LATAM)
- ONIC Olympus (SEA)
- LOS (Brazil)
- Buriram United Esports (SEA)
Group C is a crucible. LOS is known for its aggressive, disciplined playstyle. Rainbow7 comes in riding a wave of momentum from LATAM. Buriram brings years of top-tier experience, and ONIC Olympus—a fierce SEA rival—knows RRQ’s playbook all too well.
Only the top 12 teams from the Knockout Stage will advance to the Point Rush round on July 19, where six matches will determine their headstart points for the ultimate showdown: the Grand Finals on July 20. The finals will use the Champion Rush format—an all-or-nothing sprint toward glory.

Will they break through the top 12? Can they rise above giants and seize the world title?
Whatever the outcome, one thing is certain—RRQ Kazu will fight not just for victory, but for honor, pride, and the roaring hearts of their fans.
Viva RRQ. The battle begins.
