When you hear the name Millenie Panggabean—or RRQ Millen, as she’s more fondly known—you might picture an adventurous spirit who loves the outdoors, yet thrives in the digital world of gaming. A rising talent in RRQ Network, Millen has a story that blends spontaneity with intention—a journey that finds its rhythm somewhere between mountaintops and the Land of Dawn.
From Casual Content to Something More
Millen didn’t start out aiming to become an influencer. She simply enjoyed making content—short videos with outfit transitions, makeup tutorials, skincare reviews. It was all just a creative outlet, something fun on the side.
“I just enjoyed making transition videos and sharing beauty tips,” she recalled. “I never planned to become a KOL—it just happened naturally.”
Then, in late 2024, right after MPL Season 14 concluded, RRQ reached out. With many of her close friends already active in the esports world—names like Kayes and NotNot—joining RRQ felt like the right next step.
She recalled that the timing was perfect and shared how excited and curious she was to dive into the scene and try something new.
A Deep Love for Nature—and Gaming
Millen isn’t someone who spends all her time in front of a camera or screen. Her love for nature runs deep. Whether it’s snorkeling, hiking, or swimming, she finds peace in being disconnected from the digital noise. She explained that time in nature gives her the chance to be still, away from the distractions of work and social media. As someone still working a full-time office job, those quiet moments matter.
That said, her love for gaming is equally strong. She’s an active Mobile Legends player and even used to play Call of Duty: Mobile. “I’m a noob,” she laughs. “But I enjoy it. I main Cecilion!”
Choosing Between Nature and Gaming?
When asked if she had to choose between being a content creator focused on nature or one rooted in gaming, Millen struggled to answer definitively. She said both are fun, but gaming might be more practical. Creating gaming content means she could work from home, without spending a lot on travel or equipment. The only catch? She doesn’t yet have the proper setup.
She jokingly mentioned that she doesn’t have a device for gaming content at the moment and laughed while saying, “Realme, if you’re reading this—feel free to help a girl out!”
Looking Ahead with RRQ
Millen has a clear vision for her future. She hopes to eventually step away from her office job and focus entirely on content creation. But her goal isn’t just personal growth—it’s impact. She explained that working a 9-to-5 job mostly benefits herself, but working with RRQ opens doors to doing something more meaningful, something that could benefit others too.
“In an office job, the impact mostly stays with me. But with RRQ, I see a chance to create something that benefits others, too.”
She said that with RRQ, she gets to interact directly with fans, especially the Kingdom community. That kind of connection feels special—and it’s what keeps her going. For Millen, being part of RRQ Network isn’t just about posting content; it’s about growing alongside a community, building relationships, and becoming someone who brings value beyond the screen.
