RRQ Ryu Secures Ticket to EWC 2026

RRQ Ryu has once again delivered great news for the Kingdom. RRQ’s PUBG Mobile team has officially secured a slot at the PUBG Mobile World Cup 2026 (PMWC 2026), the global PUBG Mobile tournament that will be held as part of the Esports World Cup 2026.

Their qualification was earned through the Southeast Asia Points pathway, a regional points system used to determine the best teams from Southeast Asia who will advance to PMWC 2026. From this pathway, only the top four teams are granted tickets to the world stage.

RRQ Ryu finished third.

RRQ Ryu Finishes Top 3 in Southeast Asia Points

Based on the Southeast Asia Points standings, RRQ Ryu collected 26 points. That total placed them in third, behind only Team Flash and eArena, while staying ahead of several strong contenders such as Bigetron by Vitality, Pandum, VOIN Esports, BOOM Esports, and Yangon Galacticos.

The top four teams from Southeast Asia that qualified for PUBG Mobile World Cup 2026 were:

Although RRQ Ryu did not earn additional points from PMGO S1, their 26 points from Regionals S1 proved strong enough to keep them inside the qualification zone. In other words, their performance in Regionals S1 became the foundation that ultimately opened the road to PMWC 2026.

More Than Qualification, A Return to the World Stage

Qualifying for PMWC 2026 is no small achievement. The tournament is not only a world-class PUBG Mobile competition, but also part of Esports World Cup 2026, one of the biggest esports stages where elite teams from different games and different countries gather to compete.

For RRQ Ryu, this achievement is proof that they remain one of the leading forces in Southeast Asian PUBG Mobile. In a regional race that grows more competitive each season, every point matters. A single position can decide whether a team earns a place on the world stage or is forced to watch from home while pretending everything is fine.

RRQ Ryu avoided the second scenario.

Consistency That Decided Their Fate

One of the most important parts of RRQ Ryu’s journey is how one strong performance helped shape their entire qualification path. The points they earned from Regionals S1 allowed them to stay inside the top four, even after PMGO S1 was counted.

It shows one crucial truth about a points-based qualification system: consistency from the beginning matters.

A team does not always need to win every tournament. But when the opportunity comes, they must secure the best possible result and make every point count.

RRQ Ryu did exactly that.

With 26 points, they finished above Bigetron by Vitality with 23 points, Pandum with 15 points, as well as VOIN Esports and BOOM Esports, who were also competing in the standings. The gap was not massive, but it was enough to secure one valuable ticket to PMWC 2026.

Indonesia’s Representative at the Esports World Cup Stage

RRQ Ryu’s qualification is also a positive result for the Indonesian PUBG Mobile scene. Together with Bigetron by Vitality, RRQ Ryu will be part of Southeast Asia’s representatives at PUBG Mobile World Cup 2026.

This is not only about carrying the name of the team. It is also about carrying the hopes of Indonesian fans to the international stage. With PMWC 2026 being part of the Esports World Cup ecosystem, the attention of the global esports community will be focused there.

For RRQ, this achievement also adds another global appearance to the organization’s 2026 journey. As several RRQ divisions continue fighting on international stages, RRQ Ryu has now ensured that the PUBG Mobile division will also be present at one of the biggest esports events of the year.

Time to Look Ahead to PMWC 2026

The ticket has been secured. Now, the next challenge will be even greater.

At PMWC 2026, RRQ Ryu will face some of the best teams from different regions. The level of competition will be higher, the pressure will be heavier, and every in-game decision could become the difference between an early exit and a deep tournament run.

But one thing is certain: RRQ Ryu has already proven that they deserve to be there.

From the intense regional race in Southeast Asia to the world stage, RRQ Ryu is now ready to carry the name of RRQ, Indonesia, and the Kingdom to PUBG Mobile World Cup 2026.

The hunt continues.
