Tough Luck for RRQ in IKL Fall 2025 Week 4

After three flawless weeks without a single defeat, RRQ finally tasted bitter losses in Week 4 of the Indonesia Kings Laga (IKL) 2025 Fall. Two trips to the Land of Dawn, and both ended short of expectations.

From 9–0 to 7–2

Once boasting a perfect 9–0 record, RRQ stumbled against Vesakha Esports (1–2) and Bigetron by Vitality (0–2). These back-to-back defeats dropped their standing to 7–2—though they still hold the top spot in Group Tyrant.

Yet, the sudden skid raises questions: is RRQ’s dominance starting to crack, or is this just a small bump before the King bounces back stronger?

Rising Heat in Group Tyrant

Despite the setbacks, RRQ remain at the summit. But Vesakha Esports are now close behind at 6–2, ready to snatch the throne if RRQ falter again. Meanwhile, Alter Ego and Mahadewa continue to search for consistency, while ONIC have managed just two wins so far.

Week 5: Another Crucial Test

The upcoming week will be decisive, with RRQ set to face Revemoin Esports (September 19) and Talon ID (September 20). On paper, both opponents sit near the bottom of Group Overlord, but RRQ cannot afford complacency—especially after their shaky Week 4 showing.

A clean sweep would allow RRQ to lock in the top spot of Group Tyrant early. But another slip could see Vesakha charging ahead in the regular season’s final stretch.

Still Kings, But…

For now, RRQ remain the “Kings of Group Tyrant.” However, the two defeats serve as a wake-up call that the road to the playoffs won’t be smooth sailing. Fans will be eager to see if Week 5 becomes their statement of consistency—or a sign that their momentum is beginning to fade.

One thing is certain: all eyes will be on the King as the regular season drama unfolds.
