Cyber Breaker 2026 has officially launched—and this year feels different. It is no longer just about competition, but about how Indonesia’s cybersecurity talent ecosystem is being built with greater intent, structure, and purpose.
Since its inception, Cyber Breaker has demonstrated remarkable growth. What began with 137 participants in Season 1 surged to 616 in Season 2. Beyond participation, the platform also achieved significant reach—garnering over 2.3 million combined digital views and engaging more than 44 cyber and IT communities. Now, in Season 3, the ambition rises even higher with a target of 1,000 participants. This marks a continued effort to expand its reach while unlocking more opportunities for emerging cybersecurity talent.
This year, the format has also evolved into a more structured and meaningful journey. Divided into two main pillars—Cyber Breaker Development (CBD) and Cyber Breaker Competition (CBC)—the program creates a clear pathway for growth. Participants begin at the CBD Regional stage, advance to CBD National, and from there, the top teams earn their place in Promotion Day before stepping onto the main stage: the CBC League. Through this structure, Cyber Breaker emphasizes that every stage matters—not only as a pursuit of victory, but as a process of building experience, credibility, and opportunity.

At the heart of this initiative is a strong ecosystem of collaboration. Satria Siber Nusantara (SSN) joins as the main sponsor, while Peris.ai and RRQ continue their partnership to bring the concept of “cyber esports” to a broader, digital-native audience. Alongside this, the Cyber-Gig Training program—developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Creative Economy/Bekraf and the Government of DKI Jakarta—adds another critical layer to the initiative.
The Cyber-Gig program stands out as a key highlight. It goes beyond theory, focusing on practical, real-world skills that are directly applicable in today’s workforce. It also aligns with the growth of the gig economy, enabling cybersecurity talent to access flexible, project-based opportunities in the global market. As demand for cybersecurity continues to rise, this initiative opens a highly relevant and accessible pathway for the next generation.
Guided by the spirit of #WinAtEveryLevel, Cyber Breaker 2026 – Season 3 carries a simple yet powerful message: victory is not defined solely by the final outcome. Advancing from the regional stage is progress. Reaching the national level is an achievement. Entering Promotion Day is validation. And competing in the CBC League is the result of a journey that is truly earned.
At this point, Cyber Breaker is no longer just a competition—it has become a platform for growth. A stage where Indonesia’s cybersecurity talents can learn, evolve, and unlock greater opportunities for the future.
With its strong vision and cross-sector collaboration, Cyber Breaker 2026 – Season 3 holds the potential to become a driving force in shaping and accelerating the cybersecurity talent ecosystem in Indonesia.
